How It Works

The Process

Twelve to sixteen weeks. One signed price. Zero surprises.

Discovery and design consultation
1

Discovery & Design

Week 1–2

We visit your space in person. Take measurements. Talk through how you cook, entertain, and live outdoors. From there, we produce a scaled concept drawing and preliminary material selections — before you've signed anything.

Permit and HOA filing for outdoor kitchen
2

Permits & HOA Filing

Week 3–6

We prepare and submit every required permit application — building, electrical, plumbing, gas. If your community has an HOA, we prepare the full submission package: architectural drawings, material specifications, and a letter of intent. You don't make a single call to the county.

Site preparation and foundation work
3

Site Prep & Foundation

Week 6–8

Demolition if needed. Concrete slab or structural deck, engineered to spec. All utility rough-ins positioned and inspected before a single cabinet goes in.

Outdoor kitchen build and install
4

Build & Install

Week 8–16

This is where it becomes real. Stone, appliances, plumbing connections, electrical finish, lighting, and audio integration — every kitchen element installed by the same hands that designed it. Where a pergola or solid roof is part of the scope, our partners at Pergolux Outdoor of Boca Raton build the structure in coordination with our kitchen install — one timeline, one permitted package.

Final walkthrough and warranty
5

Final Walk & Warranty

Week 16+

Final inspection with the county inspector present. Then your walk-through — I show you every system, every shutoff, every maintenance item. Two-year craftsman warranty on all labor. Everything documented.
